Lower Manor Farm is a 19th century farmhouse residence
situated in the tranquil hamlet of Thornfalcon, near Taunton in
Somerset.
Marion and Dave Burt offered a very warm welcome running a bed and breakfast from 2000 until their recent retirement in September 2009.
Marion and Dave would like to thank very much all of their guests over the years for their custom.
Marion and Dave have decided to place Lower Manor Farm on the market and find a smaller residence for their retirement years.
The property features four double bedrooms, three with ensuite facilities and one single bedroom. There is also a family sized bathroom upstairs.
There are also two outbuildings, one with full planning permission for a barn conversion and the second for conversion to holiday lets.

Thornfalcon
is a sleepy, affluent hamlet with a population of 112 people. It is 10 minutes drive from Taunton and J25 of the M5, which
affords easy access to the whole of the south west.
Taunton is in the
Vale of Taunton Deane, which is sheltered by the beautiful Quantock, Black Down,
and Brendon hills.
